In order to qualify for any of Omni Staffing temp-hire positions you fulfill all of the following:
· E-Verify- As registered administrators with the US Government, Omni Staffing will verify all employees are legally registered for employment.
· Required pre-employment drug screening. All candidates will be required to pass a drug screen before employment will be offered. Random screening will follow as needed or requested by clients.
· Physical , dexterity and skills testing will be customized to specific required qualifications per client.
· To ensure a sense of commitment, all employees must have a proven solid work history of no less than one year.
· Omni Staffing will conduct no less than two in-house interviews. Offering on site interviews and tours to clients.
If you are unable to qualify for any of the above, you will not qualify for any temp- hire openings we have, however, please apply with us for general positions that we may have. If at any time your status changes and you will qualify for temp-hire please contact us to update your status.
