At Omni Staffing, we understand that your job consists of more than just hiring employees and we know that for every opening that you advertise, there are hundreds of applicants.  But who has time to read through each and every application?  WE DO.

That's what we do, every day, all day.  We receive hundreds of new applicants each week and we talk with each and every one of them to find out what skills they have and if they are a good fit for our clients.  

We perform 3 steps before our candidates are added in our employee database:
 1 - Criminal background checks
 2 - Professional reference checks (minimum of 3)
 3 - Personal interviews


For example, let's say you the client have an on-going order with Omni Staffing.  If a candidate is added to our database that matches your companie's skill requirements, we are electronically alerted to the match and begin the second stage of processing the candidate for you.  This will include a formal in-depth interview that will determine if the information should be forwarded to you for your review.  We then fax or email the candidate's resume and you may choose to interview them yourself to determine if this is a potential employee for your company.  There is never any obligation to you to hire the candidate.  If for any reason you choose not to continue the process we will continue to search for others.   However, if you choose to move forward with the candidate, you will determine the rate of pay and we will cover the payroll for the first 520 hours (approximately 90 days). 

Also included in payroll, the employee will be covered by Omni Staffing's worker's compensation insurance as well as all employee, state and federal tax obligations.  All new employee reporting is also completed by Omni Staffing.
